Sofia Vergara
Sofia Margarita Vergara Vergara was born in and was raised within Barranquilla, Colombia. Margarita Davila de Vergara is her mother. His father, Julio Enrique Vergara Robayo is a cattle farmer in the industry of meat. She has five siblings. The school she attended was a bilingual private school that taught Spanish as well as English. After that, she went to pre-dental school. Sofia, however, was found at sea by professional photographer. That led to the possibility of her being spotted in various modeling roles and TV roles. She was 23 when she was a runway models. She co-hosted the travel show Fuera de serie (1996) in 1995 through 1998. This allowed her to be exposed to the American public. Her debut film role came in the comedy crime series Big Trouble (2002). Gloria Delgado Pritchett was the character that helped her become the main character on Modern Family, an American show on television (2009). As a result of this role, she received four Emmy nominations between 2010 and 2013 for Outstanding Actress in a Comedy Series. Sofia lives with her son Manolo in Los Angeles.
