McKayla Rose Maroney - also known as 'Mack Air Maroney' is a renowned American gymnast. At 2012's Summer Olympic Games 2012, she was awarded the gold medal for the team and the individual bronze medal. In the beginning she was influenced to learn gymnastics by her sports-loving parents. She has a specialization in vaulting, and is the sole gymnast to be successful in the defense of the gold medal she which she first won in the 2011 World Championship, and followed by defending it at the 2013 Championship.
